6500 Poe Ave - Crest Commercial Realty is pleased to announce the signing of a 36,000-sf lease with LeGrand.  Formally known as Cables 2 Go, the new offices will be ready by December 2017.  

The construction management services were provided by Aaron Keyton of Caster Construction.  The construction of the new class A offices is underway and renovation costs are set to exceed $1.5 million.  The company will relocate and bring 160 jobs to Vandalia, Ohio.  Pictures/Release Here
